Terms of Service

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful data collection.

You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect. In return, you are responsible for them: obtain consent your research requires, do not collect data you have no lawful basis to collect, and do not use the platform to deceive respondents. Surveys aimed at children require verifiable parental consent. We may remove surveys that violate these rules.

Participation is voluntary — you may stop at any question. Answer honestly; fabricated or automated responses may be discarded and any linked rewards withheld. Rewards, where offered, are defined by the survey's researcher and paid through licensed payment providers, subject to the survey's stated conditions and our fraud checks.

We work to keep Pollifye available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Features that use AI can make mistakes; survey results should be read with the same care as any research instrument. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice to account holders.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
